In the world of fantasy, there exists many injurious things that causes the hearts of men excess want. In the world of vanity, the unimportant things are the things that captivate the sense of men. In the world of the spendthrift, everything is good for buying. But in the world of resource management, budget is necessary. This world is characterized by contentment and this contentment gives birth to inner peace. I know of a rich man (whether this man be real or fictional, i knoweth not but he exists in my thoughts of possibility). This man had pretty much that he could afford numerous houses and cars as he pleases. But this man built just a house and furnished it to his taste. He bought just 2 cars that served his and the family's daily purpose. There were adverts and commercials everywhere that was always telling him to change his old stuffs and go for new ones but if these things don't serve his purpose, he just ignores them. The millions keeps rolling into his account just there for him to spend but he just leaves money needed to meet the family's need in his account and gives the rest money to orphans, widows and less privileged. He simply says: "how much does one need to keep alive? What use will all these wealth be if I die today? I guess what we really need in life is just a shelter over our head, clothing to cover our nakedness , then a plate and a spoon."

This is true contentment and it's what we all should practice.

FEARS--what are they?

            WISDOM SERIES                 

        As it has been defined by many, FEAR is 'A FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL'. Which ever way it must have been defined, the bottom line is: Our FEARS are those things that we are afraid of. Just as the circumstances surrounding peoples life are different, so also are their fears different. Our fears are at most times our Achilles heels. For me, i am not afraid of situations that prove themselves impassable or circumstances that present themselves as an obstacle because i probably see them as challenges that can be overcomed.  I guess life is pretty much an adventure for me and just like a friend said "life itself is a challenge so if life gives us all that our hearts bid, then where is the challenge in life?." Primarily, the things that i am afraid of are these:

1. Disconnection from God.

2. A proud heart.

3. Disconnection from wisdom , vision and purpose.

4. Disconnection from inner peace.

Can a house stand without its pillars?, how can the spider climb without its webs?, or can appliances work without a source of power?. Those are some of the things that my fears spell. I can't begin to imagine the misery and randomness that my life will face when my fears come real. But sometimes i think : what is there to really be afraid of ? I mean, the precursor to the establishment of our fears are the granting of our consents to it. In the practical world, nothing happens without our awareness. Even in the face of unforeseen occurrences  that befall us sometimes  ,when we are down we get back up. When we make mistakes, we draw our lessons and make it right another day. When we are dissapointed, we do not quit but keep pushing on. Just like my friend said: "life itself is a challenge, so if life gives us all that our hearts bid  then where is the challenge in life?" . Looking at all these , i concluded that there is nothing really to be afraid of. I guess it's true what they say:"FEAR IS A FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL"

WHAT IS THE BOND THAT HOLDS THE CONSTELLATION OF ORION?

THE CONSTELLATION OF ORION THE HUNTER                    

                                                                                                                                                            WHO KNOWS THE BOND THAT HOLDS ORION BOUND?

              LOOKING UP IN THE NIGHT SKY , WE SEE A CONSTELLATION OF STARS BOUND TOGETHER. IT IS ORION A CONSTELLATION OF STARS ARRAYED IN BEAUTY AND ARMED WITH  SWORD AND SHIELD .YEAR IN YEAR OUT THEY STAY TOGETHER. THEIR BONDS CANNOT BE BROKEN AND SOMETIMES I WONDER IF IT IS LOVE THAT HOLDS THEM BOUND BECAUSE IT IS ONE THING THAT CAN PRODUCE SUCH A STRONG BOND BUT AGAIN I REASON ; CAN STARS LOVE?

I DON'T KNOW THIS ANSWER BUT I BELEIVE THAT WHAT WE CALL OBJECTS OR THINGS OF NATURE SOMETIMES ARE WHAT CAN HEAR AND TAKE COMMANDS FROM THE CREATOR .

THIS SENSE OF BELEIVE STEMS FROM THE BLBLE BOOK OF  (JOB  38:1-35) AND IT READS THUS "1 THEN THE LORD ANSWERED JOB OUT OF THE WHIRLWIND AND SAID 2 WHO IS THIS THAT DARKENETH COUNSEL BY WORDS WITHOUT KNOWLEGE 3 GIRD UP THY LOINS LIKE A MAN FOR I WILL DEMAND OF THEE, AND ANSWER THOU ME 4...7 WHEN THE MORNING STARS SANG TOGETHER, AND ALL THE SONS OF GOD SHOUTED FOR JOY? 8 OR WHO SHUT UP THE SEA WITH DOORS WHEN IT BRAKE FORTH, AS IF IT HAD ISSUED OUT OF THE WOMB? 9 WHEN I MADE THE CLOUD THE GARMENT THEREOF, AND THICK DARKNESS  A SWADDLINGBAND FOR IT, 10 AND BRAKE UP FOR IT MY DECREED PLACE, AND SET BARS AND DOORS, 11 AND SAID, HITHERTO SHALT THOU COME,

BUT NO FUTHER: AND HERE SHALL THY PROUD WAVES BE STAYED 12 HAST THOU COMMANDED THE MORNING SINCE THY DAYS; AND CAUSED THE DAY SPRING TO KNOW HIS PLACE;...31 CANST THOU BIND THE SWEET INFLUENCES OF PLAIDES, OR LOOSE THE BANDS OF ORION?...34 CANST THOU LIFT UP THY VOICE TO THE CLOUDS, THAT ABUNDANCE OF WATERS MAY COVER THEE? 35 CANST THOU SEND LIGHTNINGS, THAT THEY MAY GO AND SAY UNTO THEE, HERE WE ARE? ". I PROBABLY DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE THINKING RIGHT NOW .
           I BELEIVE SCIENTISTS IN THE HOUSE WOULD SAY  THAT GRAVITY IS THE FORCE THAT HOLDS ORION BOUND I GUESS EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO HIS/HER OWN OPINION. BUT THIS IS WHAT I THINK 'THE STARS AND MANY OTHER WORK OF GOD'S HAND CAN HEAR HIS VOICE AND TAKE ORDERS FROM HIM AND IF THE STARS COULD SING JOYFULLY TOGETHER AS SEEN IN (JOB 38:7 ),THEN WHY CAN'T THEY LOVE? . DON'T LAUGH AT MY HYPOTHESIS EVEN I STILL FEEL LIKE LAUGHING MYSELF BUT I THINK I WOULD RESERVE MY LAUGHTER AND PONDER OVER THESE THINGS BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHERE THE REAL WISDOM LIES. SOMETIMES EVEN THE MOST FOOLISH QUESTIONS RAISED COULD HOUSE IN ITSELF THE SOLUTION TO MANY PROBLEMS. WITH THIS, I WILL DRAW THE CURTAIN FOR THE DAY BUT BEFORE I LEAVE I WOULD LEAVE YOU WITH THIS ONE QUESTION 'DO YOU KNOW THE BOND THAT HOLDS ORION BOUND?'
